Step 1: Tools menu > Email Accounts
(or "Account Settings")
Step 2: Select "Add new e-mail account", click "Next"
Step 3: Select "POP3", click "Next"
Step 4: Fill in your information (Select "Manually Configure Server Settings"):
Step 5: Select "Remember Password", then Click "More Settings". Select the "Outgoing Server" tab. Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", and "Logon using:". Fill in your username and password (same as above). Click "OK".
Step 6: Select the "Advanced" tab. The incoming server port number should be the default, and the outgoing server port should be set to "26".
Step 7: Click "OK", and then click "Finish"

Step 5: Select "Remember Password", the Click "More Settings". Select the "Outgoing Server" tab. Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", and then click "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
Step 6: Select the "Advanced" tab. The incoming server port number should be set to 110, and the outgoing server port should be set to "25".
Step 7: Click "OK", and then click "Finish"
